With over 80 care workers supported by an office-based staff of seven, we work closely together as an agile, well-organised and dedicated team who strive with genuine passion and commitment to make a real difference to people’s lives.
We centre our support services around each client, we set out to make everyone we care for’s day brighter and better, and we focus on the detail – because we know it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
Our care assistants come from wide and varied backgrounds, with many strings to their bow; mums, dads, therapists, actors, bakers, teachers, uni students, young retire-ees, first-jobbers with ambitions to get into the care and nursing sector… Joined together with our equally multi-talented office team, we make a friendly, lively, highly-skilled and adaptive family that can move mountains.

In 2017, we were awarded ‘Best Care Employer in the South East’ at the Great British Care Awards.

Although we are separate organisations, there’s often opportunities to work alongside the Martlets Hospice clinical teams in the community and at the inpatient unit, too.
